1、How could I get samples?
All the samples are charged. Usually, the sample price will be higher than the   quoted price.  
If you need to order samples, we will calculate the sample cost and courier cost for  you.  If you have any courier account, the courier cost can be collected at your  side.  After your confirmation, we will prepare the proforma invoice to you.
For sample order, we prefer accept payment by Western Union or paypal, If you like T/T (wire transfer), Please pay all bank charge at your side.

2、How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
The courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, carton measurement and your area

3、How can I get your General Quotation?
If you are interested in some certain items, please let us know the items number, then we will offer the quotation.
If you need the General Quotation, please contact us by email info@topvico.com and kindly give us your company details (Including: Your name, company name, detailed address, telephone number and your company brief introduction). After that, we will offer our General Quotation by returned email.

 (Normally we update the General Quotation every month)

4、Can we have our logo to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes.
 Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other processing methods. Generally, the minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 1,000 units per logo. But the exact quantity will depend on which item is. Please contact us for details. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products (custom design package), such as Gift Box, Owner Manual or Warranty Card, the minimum order is 3,000 units per item. But also the exact quantity will depend on which item is. Please contact us for details. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (300 dpi).

5、How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or call. Or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, detailed address, telephone number, destination international airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - items number, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( to collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )

6、What's your usual payment term for orders?
For small amount: By Western Union or Aliexpress,
For mass q'ties order shipment: 40% Down payment upon order confirmation /60% T/T before the shipment.

7、What's the warranty of your products?
   Warranty 2 Years & 3 Years 

8、How can we become your Exclusive Distributor?
If your selling amount of our products is USD10, 000 to USD30, 000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your country. If the selling amount is more than USD50, 000 per month, you?ll be our Exclusive Distributor in your country.

9、How can we get your new products announcement?
  Sorry. It doesn't work at the moment. Please visit our website when you?re available, we update our website frequently.

10、 Does your company accept a few pieces of products order? Yes we accept, but 100% payment upon Proformat Invoice confirmation.
