Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make it right.


Returns

  • We accept returns for most electronic products within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Returns that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of misuse may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund once the issue is confirmed.


How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email our support team at rex@topvico.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Important Notes:

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-returnable.

  • Any damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized repair is not covered under this policy.
